Updated Review: It’s been four years since my last review, and I’m still a loyal patient at Queen Creek Smiles. I visit every three months which is a big deal for me, considering I used to avoid the dentist due to anxiety. The only reason I’ve been able to stay so consistent is because of the incredible staff. I see Lori at every visit, and she is truly the sweetest and most skilled, thorough, caring hygienist I’ve ever had. I trust her completely, and she’s made a huge difference in the health of my gums. Dr. Jolley and Dr. Hwang are both kind, funny, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. Courtney and Clarissa are fantastic dental assistants, professional, friendly, and thorough. Jen, the Operations Manager, has been there since my very first visit. She’s always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to navigating insurance. I’ve referred several family members here, and they’ve also become loyal patients who think just as highly of the team as I do. I can’t recommend Queen Creek Smiles enough! Original Review: As someone with high anxiety about visiting the dentist, it is really important to me to find a dental office with friendly staff who I can feel confident will do a thorough job while still being gentle and calming. I have had some gum issues so it is hard to find a place that can address thise issues while still having all of the above qualities. Thankfully I found Queen Creek Smiles after doing a whole lot of research on all of the local dental offices. They are constantly making sure I am comfortable. I have been here several years now and recommend them to all of my friends and family. Dr V, Lori, Shannon have all been amazing and helped me improve my dental health and begin feeling a bit less anxious about my going to the dentist. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Queen Creek Smiles has been my go-to dental office for years, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding care I’ve received—especially from Lori Barberini-Poisson, RDH. Lori has been with me and my family from the beginning, and she continues to deliver exceptional service with each visit. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care have not only improved my oral health, but actually reversed a few issues that I thought were permanent. She’s been consistent, persistent, and incredibly effective in helping me achieve healthier teeth and gums. Her attention to detail and personalized approach make all the difference. The entire team at Queen Creek Smiles treats patients with kindness and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
